Amy Ciaccia
Celebrating 15 years | Health & Wellbeing
Amy Ciaccia is an administrative and financial maven. She came to WFU in 2009 with a wealth of office management experience in previous educational and healthcare settings. She started here in University Finance before moving to the Office of the Dean of Students in 2014 where she led operations including budget management, student employment oversight, facility management, Student Organizations finance and auxiliaries like the Copy Center and Zick’s.
In June of 2023, she took on a new role as Director of Finance and Administration for Health and Wellbeing where she oversees the Student Insurance Program and provides financial and operational support for Deacon Health, the University Counseling Center, the Safe Office and the Office of Wellbeing. She is a wife, a mom of 4 and a Grammy to 3.
Craig Bullins
Celebrating 25 years | University Police
Sergeant Craig Bullins is a dedicated member of University Police with 25 years of service. Rising through the ranks from Patrol Officer to Corporal and finally to Sergeant, he’s the go-to person in the department for any need. He considers Wake an extended family. With no two days being the same, Sergeant Bullins enjoys the opportunities to be involved in things other than just his core responsibilities. A proud graduate of North Stokes, he’s a true mighty, mighty Viking!
Fun fact: he graduated high school with Chief Lawson’s younger sister.
