Our Shared Vision
Collective Impact Model
The collective impact model is a collaborative approach to addressing complex social issues by bringing together a variety of interested and engaged parties from different sectors to work toward a common goal. Each of the groups listed below works on a focused area of wellbeing. Together the groups create a collective positive impact on our community that is greater than any of them alone.
