Residence Halls

Residence halls will remain open during Fall and Thanksgiving breaks. The Office of Residence Life and Housing will be open during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Student Health Service

Student Health Service will be closed starting at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, October 6 until 8:30 a.m. on Monday, October 11. For any medical concerns, call 336.758.5218 to speak with a nurse 24/7. Please note that when the clinic is closed, the nurse cannot assist with appointment scheduling, test results, billing questions, or any other administrative questions. Calling this line is for guidance related to current medical concerns only.

    • Student On-Call Shuttle 7:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. Please call 336.283.1091 To request a ride.
    • Wake Downtown will operate from 7:25 a.m. – 9:25 p.m.
    • Departures from the Benson Center will be at :25/:55 minutes past the hour, beginning at 7:25 a.m.
    • Departures from Wake Downtown/IQ will be at :10/:40 minutes past the hour with the last departure  from Wake Downtown/IQ at 9:10 p.m.
  • Saturday, Oct. 9 & Sunday, Oct. 10:
    • Wake Escape Route- No service Friday or Saturday night
    • Wake Downtown Weekend Service Normal Hours 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
    • Hanes Mall, Target, River Birch Shuttle Normal Hours 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
    • Student On-Call Saturday & Sunday Night Normal Hours 7 p.m. – 12 a.m.
    • First Year Student Line on Sunday from WS First Parking Lot back to campus will operate normal hours 3 – 9 p.m.
